Policy concerning your reservation for a ROOM at the Gîte du Marigot

• Please take a moment to review our policy concerning payment and cancellation.

• To reserve your room, a deposit of 50% of the total value of your stay, is required.

• Payment must be made to the order of <<Gite du Marigot>>, by either VISA, TRAVELERS CHECKS or by MONEY ORDER.

Cancellation with notice

• In the event of a cancellation, a refund of your deposit will be issued. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met.

-  If we are advised at least 15 days in advance, a refund of 100% of
   your deposit will be issued.

-  If we are advised 8 to 14 days in advance, a refund of 50% of your
   deposit will be issued.

-  If we are advised 7 days or less, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation without notice

• In the event that no notice is given, no refund will be issued.

Early departure

• No refund will be issued, if you decide to leave before the scheduled end of your stay.
